Settings

You can set up default settings for all mailboxes on this page. Often these settings can be overridden by the user's own preferences.

   Domains

Domains

The domain list is used by Hexamail Server to work out which email are incoming and which are outgoing. Email to recipients with addresses matching these domains are considered as incoming, and will be sent to the configured Existing Email Server. Email to recipients with addresses not matching these domains will be sent to the configured Smart Host or directly to the external email server using MX Lookup delivery.

   Default Folders

Emails are delivered into this folder within the mailbox by default

Emails that are saved during composition are saved into this folder within the mailbox by default

Emails that are sent are copied into this folder within the mailbox by default
