Preview
This pane shows the item preview. The item preview will show the currently selected item and allow you to perform
actions on the item using the toolbar on the right.
You can drag the tabs shown underneath the preview wherever you want to position the various pages within the preview pane.
For example you can show attachments on the right by dragging the attachments tab to the right of the preview pane.
- ReplyReply to the sender
- Reply AllReply to the sender and all other recipients
- ForwardForward the email to another recipient
- ScheduleAutomatically create an event on the most likely date found in the email, move the email to a folder and also send a reply to the original sender
to confirm the meeting/event. The event will be linked to the original email even if the original email is moved to a new folder. - DelegateAutomatically forward the email to another recipient, create a task to follow up the email, move the email to a folder, and link the task to the original email even if the original email is moved to a new folder.
- TaskAutomatically create a task from the email, move the email to a folder and link the email to the task.
- FollowSet a reminder on the email to ensure you follow up this email.
- SleepHide this email from all lists until the specified time. This is useful to get temporarily rid of email you don't want to deal with yet
- TextShow the email in text only
- HTMLShow the email as HTML
- ImagesShow the HTML with external images shown
- ChatShow the email as a chat-style view
- SpeedShow the email in a speed reader
- SenderRelated by sender
- ConversationRelated by conversation

- LinksYou can add links to any other items in Hexamail, and these relationships will be remembered for you and shown in a links list on the item
Just drag items into the links list to make links - Add noteYou can add your own additional notes to email that you have received. The note is stored with the email and every time
you view the email in future the note will be shown in a tab too.
To remove a note from an email just close the note tab. - Add WebsiteYou can add any web page(s) you want to associate with an email to each email that you have received. The website link is stored with the email and every time
you view the email in future the website will be shown in a tab too.

Move the email to a folder. If the icon is green Hexamail has determined an automatic folder it can be moved to, hover to see which folder.
If you right click this button it will always allow you to manually pick a folder

Delete the email. Deleted email are just marked as deleted and shown with strike-thru until they are purged using the purge button or the recycle bin is emptied.

You can choose to show a list of email related to the email you are viewing or editing by clicking the show related button. If you right click the button, touch and hold, or click the small drop down arrow you can select how the email in the list will be related
to the current email:
